Digital Delivery
Humanly Intelligent is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. There are no physical goods and no shipping. On an active Pro subscription, access to all 11 HR tools is instant and continuous. Generated outputs (job descriptions, interview packs, shortlist reports, offer letters, etc.) are available within your workspace immediately after generation.
Payment Confirmation
Within 5 minutes of every successful payment, we send a payment confirmation email from info@humanlyintelligent.com to the address on your account. The email includes:
- Amount charged (in USD)
- Billing period covered (Monthly or Annual)
- Date and time of the charge
- Lemon Squeezy order reference number
If you have not received a confirmation within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact info@humanlyintelligent.com.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in USD by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Card data is entered directly on Lemon Squeezy's PCI-DSS compliant checkout and never passes through our servers.
Multiple Transaction Lines
Your bank or card statement may show two or more separate line items for a single subscription payment (for example, a base charge and a tax line). This is standard Lemon Squeezy checkout behaviour and does not indicate a duplicate charge.
OFAC Compliance
By subscribing, you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that breach this clause.
Refunds & Cancellations
2-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment only. Email info@humanlyintelligent.com within 2 days of your first charge for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method; bank posting takes 5–10 business days. No partial-month refunds are issued after the 2-day window.
