All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the human professional using the platform. The service is delivered digitally and instantly — there are no physical goods and no shipping.

Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds
Pro plan: $12/month or $120/year — unlimited access to all 11 tools. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Free trial: each tool includes one free use per account. Free uses are account-tied, non-transferable, and cannot be reset. Creating additional accounts to reset free uses is a breach of these Terms.
You will receive a payment confirmation email from info@humanlyintelligent.com within 5 minutes of each charge. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Prices may be temporarily reduced under promotional campaigns; the discounted price you subscribe at continues to apply to renewals per the promotion's stated terms, unless expressly disclosed otherwise at checkout.
Accounts & Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Only one account per person is permitted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts held by minors or duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
Each account is for a single named user. Team or shared access is not permitted under this plan.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Automated scraping, API abuse, or use of bots to generate outputs is prohibited.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the platform or its AI outputs as a standalone product. Outputs you generate may be used freely in your own professional work products.
You agree to use the tools only for lawful HR and recruitment purposes.
We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that place extraordinary load on the platform beyond the stated plan quotas.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before entering candidate personal data into any tool.
Payment Methods & Taxes
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit and debit cards via Lemon Squeezy. All prices are in USD.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service (lemonsqueezy.com/terms).
Prices are in USD and exclude local taxes. Any applicable taxes are the buyer's responsibility and may be added at checkout based on your location.
Your bank statement may show two or more separate line items for a single subscription charge. This is normal and does not indicate a duplicate charge.
We retain transaction records for 7 years as required by applicable accounting law.

All AI-generated content is a starting point for human review — not a finished work product. You retain full editorial and legal responsibility for anything you communicate to candidates or employees.
Tool outputs (job descriptions, offer letters, interview questions, etc.) are drafts. Review them carefully before use.

No Warranties
Humanly Intelligent is provided as-is. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Humanly Intelligent is provided as-is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your Content & Data
You own all content you submit and all outputs generated from it. Outputs are stored for 2 months (60 days) under your account for your reuse and are erasable at any time. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any document you submit. By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service.
Intellectual Property
You own the outputs you generate and may use them freely in your professional work. You may not resell outputs as a standalone product or service. The platform, code, prompts, and underlying systems remain the exclusive property of نوابغ الابداع لتنمية قدرات الشباب, trading as Humanly Intelligent JO.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with or without notice. If you delete your account while an active subscription exists, the subscription is cancelled immediately; no refund is issued outside the 2-day money-back window. Lemon Squeezy is automatically notified of the cancellation.
OFAC Compliance
By using this platform, you represent that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to a US Government embargo or trade sanction, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in breach of this clause.
Changes to Terms
We will notify you by email at least 2 days before material changes to these Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
